On May 22, 35 children from Egypt, France, Lebanon, Syria, and UAE gathered online for their second virtual meetupto make khachkars and explore more about this unique Armenian treasure.
AGBU Cairo was represented by 16 children.
Well-known sculptor Narine Poladian led the tutorial for excited participants, who came prepared with tools. In the end, the 35 projects all came out looking different, proving the fact about Armenian khachkars that amongst the thousands of them worldwide – no two are the same!
