Vahé Moughalian (1932-1982)

Vahé Moughalian was born in Alexandria, on the 6th of August, 1932. His mother’s name was Serpouhy Tabakian-Moughalian, and his father was Mesrob, who was a shoes merchant. This Armenian Protestant family consisted of six persons; the two parents and four children. Three boys and a girl names Shaké. Vahé was the youngest of all. He accomplished his primary education at Boghossian Armenian National School, graduating in 1948. In those years the art teacher in Boghossian was Gregoire Meguerditchian (1902-1948).
