She studied art academically in The Faculty of Fine Arts, Cairo (1979-1984). Her most important teacher was the great Egyptian artist Hamed Nada. She creates her works by using different modern industrial products as well as natural materials (wood, leather, feathers, metallic foil, etc). She also created several mosaic works and works of jewellery. Having the and delicate taste she realizes in her works a special kind of lyricism.
